Kronos Homes

Kronos Homes is the residential development arm of Kronos Real Estate Group, a Madrid-headquartered investment group backed by approximately 15 European family offices. The group entered Portugal with a stated commitment of €200 million and has since delivered several significant projects in the Lisbon market. The One — 65 apartments on Avenida João XXI, designed by Pritzker laureate Eduardo Souto de Moura in collaboration with Metrourbe — was completed in 2024 at a €45 million investment and was 98% sold at delivery. Distrikt, a four-tower scheme of 214 apartments in Parque das Nações designed by Morph Estudio, followed in October 2025 at €125 million. Ongoing projects include MIMA Living in Parque das Nações — a mixed-use scheme combining short-stay, residential, and a Tempo by Hilton hotel — and La Réserve at Belas Clube de Campo, designed by UNStudio. In the Algarve, Kronos operates Palmares Ocean Living & Golf in Lagos, designed by Pritzker laureate RCR Arquitectes, and has managed Vale do Lobo. The group's pattern of commissioning internationally recognised architects across its Portuguese portfolio reflects a consistent design positioning.
